*After the one-time refundable entrance fee, you pay a monthly rental fee.
*When you leave, you and your estate get the Refundable Entrance Fee back once a new deposit is made by a new resident going into your previous living space.

The minimum age is 62.  In the case of a couple, at least one resident must be 62 or older. Some restrictions apply.
